they are decent i would say for a stock cooler.
These temps ok for a 7750?
running 7750 with stock cpu. 38 to 40c idle and max around 54c. i did scrape the stock thermal grease off and apply as5.

The temps are fine, but if you want to OC I suggest you completely remove the old thermal paste instead of scraping it off.

My temps are real close to yours with stock cooling. Are those temps at stock clocks?

They seem a bit high for stock, your stock temps are my overclock temps. I have no clue what case you have so I can not comment on system cooling.
