i enabled AA in CC to 16x and used wide-tent filter. i also have cataylst AI to advanced and adaptive AA on to quality. but i keep seeing alisang all over the place in WIC. it feels like nothing changed from 2xAA to 16xAA. all the jaggedeness is pissin me off epsicaly when i get over 60fps constant.

Try setting AA/AF to "Application Controlled" in CCC, and just use the in-game AA/AF settings.. Or do it the other way and disable in-game AA/AF, and then force them in CCC.

It's a common occourance.. Some games actually cancel out options specified in CCC, others just toggle the option. In the case of a game toggling AA/AF, and you select AA/AF on in both CCC and the game, you end up having AA/AF turned off.

EDIT: Oh, it's been a while since I started up WIC, but apparently forcing AA in CCC has no effect, and WIC DX10 only supports 4xAA, so I think that's the best you'll get out of it.. They might have fixed CCC so you can force AA by now though.
Did you try disabling adaptive AA?

I would have AA on in L4D but when I had adaptive AA on it just took all the AA away.

i agree to this when the ingame graphic settings option has AA on it and you want to override it disable the ingame and use the CCC to setup you AA for you..vice versa..if you want the game to adjust its own AA then disable the one in CCC and enable it ingame..
