I had the exact same B203 batch, and got my i7 920 D0 to 4.0GHz HT on with 1.20v vcore.

Will you find a batch that old in the supply chain anymore?

If you're getting 4.5 out of it, I wouldn't bother.

what's so special here?

I never bothered to see what 4.0ghz was for me, but 4.2ghz w/ ht = 1.25V
I should see how low I can go for 4ghz

If you're booting at 4.5ghz, you can probably do 4.4ghz stable in which case... there isn't much out there to compete.

I'd just stick with what you have.
im pretty sure any d0 will hit 4.0ghz either it being on a higher vcore or a lower vcore..
i think im just stick with mine

What is your batch number anyhow?

anything over 4.2ghz 27/7 stable is pretty dang good.
