i dont like the thick 1/2 inch tubing of the new water cooling/and i dont like the huge air coolers/they take up way too much space.

this kit has all small tubing, and will fit my socket 775 and my 9800gt, and for 180 bucks, exactly what i was looking for, lets clutter, what do u guys think

The kit looks almost too good to be true. I mean, it has 4 waterblocks and everything else and only costs 180 - that is incredibly cheap compared to what it would cost you with brand name parts.

On the other hand, I have never heard of the brand, so I cannot say anything about the quality. If it's anything like the Thermaltake kits, which have a tendency to fail and leak, then it is definitely not worth it. But the quality could be good - you just never know with a brand that is not widely recognized.

Finally, it only has a 240 rad, which might not be enough to cool a whole system.

I would advise you to find any review of it you can find and make sure it is of good quality, so that you don't end up with a leak killing something in your PC.
will that do 1/4 inch tubing, i have to have 1/4 inch small tubing

im looking for small tubing and my 775 and 9800 gt covered, for 180 the kit looks perfect, dont need super cool temps, just nice temps, less clutter

you dont have to have you would like to have. 1/2, 7/16 or 3/8 tubing is fine and is used on almost all setup.
That kit u want is probably crap to it is not sufficient at all to cool your cpu or gpu at all

1/2 inch tubing takes up too much space, its not needed 1/4 inch is fine ,i like a system like this http://www.youtube.com/user/ModMyMac...21/_mLmleevmWs , not 1/2 inch
Question, why ask our opinion, then refuse to take our suggestions..let alone that of a reputable person?

Anyone will tell you not to go with pre-built kits and go with 1/2", 7/16", 3/8" tubing...

You say you want decent temps, that won't happen with the kit you have selected, a good air cooler would get you better temps..trust.
i hate 1/2 inch tubing

Yes, we know that...if you need 1/4" tubing then get the kit Juggalo put together and use 1/4" tubing, I can guarantee you won't get the temps you are looking for...you should still learn to live with 1/2" though...7/16" is a bit smaller if you want but it's the industry standard for a reason.

you have to go above 3/8" or else your better off buying a VF900Cu for your 9800GT and a Megahalems for your CPU.

I once made the fatel mistake of going pre-built it was worse than my 9700 and it had a 240mm rad. Custom is the way to go no doupt about it. If not spend a hundred bucks and get a CPU and GPU air cooler.

Then go back to air cooling, 1/2" tubing is the standard size We use for watercooling overclocked systems. 1/4" tubing is far to restrictive for good flow.

1/2 All the way if I had water cooling! And Yeah I second what Flux said!

Using simple geometry:

1/4" tubing (assumine inner diameter) nets you 0.196 square inches for water to flow

1/2" tubing gives: 0.785 square inches.

Thats a huge different and will drastically affect the system. 1/4" tubing simply isn't enough, now either you can listen to the advice being given by people who have made custom loops and have personal experience, or you asking for opinions was irrelevant because your not listening...

Yes, you are right. Everyone in this thread is conspiring against you, we all actually use 1/4" tubing but don't want to admit it..1/2" is a waste. (Please note the extreme amounts of sarcasm).

Dude, answer this for me; why did you even bother asking us for our opinion since it clearly doesn't matter. We can keep this thread going for days..weeks...months and everyone will say 1/2" tubing.
