I've heard it has strange stutterings even on monsters rigs, and some people have install problems... might be better to just wait for them to release a better one.

IMO, that is the funnest multiplayer console game out there. It has so many configurations, modes, weapons and hilarious characters. The 3rd one, Future Perfect, is great. What it's best for is playing with a bunch of friends, soooo much fun.

can somebody clarify this matter? is it just the second timesplitters for pc? I own the third one on xbox and its great but why is the pc version of the second one only coming out now?

I downloaded it... the mouse was laggy(during gameplay!!!)... I uninstalled and deleted it. Some games these days... let a little thing like mouse lag destroy the entire thing.
