TMPGEnc and Win7 x64

Ever since I have upgraded to Win7 x64 Home Premium, I can't load .mkv files into TMPGEnc... I am using version 4.7.xxxx (one of the newer ones). I was previously using it on Vista x64 with no problems. I have the exact same codecs installed... currently I am using CCCP, but I have als tried K-Lite codec pack, and still nothing.

I've searched through the forums on the developer's website and could not find an answer.

TMPGEnc just gives me an error saying could not load the specified file. Has anyone used TMPGEnc with Win7 x64?

Or does anyone have a suggestion?

I had that problem with FLAC and Nero. I googled that file that it couldn't load, in your case .mkv extension, and manually copied it to the binary or system folder of program. Try that out. Good luck
Get GraphEdit (from videohelp.com) and select an MKV with File -> Render Media File

Post a screenshot of the resulting graph
