I suggest that you use
autoruns to uncheck whatever logon process you think you don't need. Then reboot. But you should be really careful what you uncheck. If you change your mind you can re-check it again but I do suggest caution on what you disable. There is another program called
decrapifier but I don't know how up to date it is. But I do suggest to make sure you have a copy of whatever you disable from startup or uninstall.
As for your OP's Pic I don't see anything you should uninstall or disable though.
