Sooo 300 dollar keyboard?
Looks like something out of a Futuristic 80's Movie.

Gimmick.

This helps the MECH take full advantage of its ability respond at high speeds to in game actions and record and edit not only macro keys, but profiles as well.
Nothing revolutionary.

MECH is equipped with the ability to store 5 easily accessible profiles while making up to 75 total macros available for multiple gaming needs.
75? 75? Who the hell needs that many. Is this a technology demonstrator or a product?

Further customize your MECH by selecting from amongst the highest grade Cherry MX Mechanical switches. MECH integrates the most popular Blue, Red, or Brown switches into its different models and each switch is extremely durable and rated for a minimum of 50 million presses.
Choosing your switch is customization? Lol.

Nice, but I think I'll stick to my Logitech g 710+ for my needs
it looks cool, but it feels a bit overloaded with useless features...

You can get a mechanical keyboard for ~60-80$ excluding tax and shipping. It's worth it.
They should have made it a bit bigger. People only use their desk for gaming nowadays anyway.

Don't know if it's the first, but the Gigabyte Aivia Osmium is USB 3.0 and has been available for a while now.
No media keys. The shape also seems to be needlessly large with huge empty areas purely for the sake of having that crazy shape, the and that wrist-west makes absolutely no sense. The aluminum plate looks solid but doesn't really make up for it's overall tacky look.

Sorry if I seem to be hating on Logitech here, they still make the best mice as far as I'm concerned and their Logitech G110/G510 keyboards were extremely popular. But in the realm of mechanical gaming keyboards they were completely beaten to the punch by Corsair!
Corsair K70 offers a sexy aluminum body (black or silver), contoured & textured WASD/1-5 keys, media buttons + volume wheel, great wrist-rest, no whacky shapes, superb build quality, etc and for $130 that's hard to beat.
that's ugly. but to each their own. why not make a solid aluminum keyboard, with aluminum keys.

I don't believe anyone here will accuse you of hating on Logitech for bashing this CM Storm board.

You hold the "Fn" key and the media keys are the Function keys.
dont like it, cut the grimmicks and up the ergonomics or come up with useful 'customization'/'features'.

That one isn't USB 3.0 keyboard. Just the keyboard HUB is, the keyboard itself isn't, iirc.
Gawd, that is kinda over-designed...

Seen crazier looking keyboards, this one doesn't look too bad considering.
