That's cool, that it can be so fast at the 1.8V specification.

Wait, x32? ***? Confusing 32-bit in general and x86 architecture much?
No, basically instead of having 2 chips on 2 seperate 16-bit lanes, they can now have one big chip on a single 32-bit lane. All in all, it means few chips for given RAM size and less power.
