Hey, I've been wanting to trade in my ps2 for an xbox somewhere because I find that xbox has smother graphics than ps2,better fps, and faster load times.Does anyone know where I could trade in my ps2(without controller, because i want to keep it for my ps2 controller hook-up for my pc) and 8 ps2 games in for an xbox with controller and some games without having to pay anything/ very little.

Take a look and see if any are selling there to get a feel of if they are selling and for how much.

You'll get more on EBay, or by selling it to someone in person, than you would ever get by trading it in to an EBGames type shop.

Personally, I would not consider it to be worth the trouble of packaging and shipping the console off to the buyers, actually. I would probably just keep what I have and buy a new or used Xbox. It's not like they're expensive these days.

Apart from these, your best hope would be to find someone willing to do a straight swap of your PS2 for their XBox. I used to trade SNES games like this all the time, I found traders on Usenet forums. I'm sure there's a web board out there somewhere where this sort of thing takes place, if you're not a Usenet user. The hard part will be finding someone willing to make that trade; it would have to be someone who is tired of their Xbox and wants to play some PS2 exclusives, I suppose.
