sounds like a bad deal to me, unless there is something that I don't know about your classified. But i'm sure countless people will trade their bloodrage for your classified. If it's bad and you can rma it, why trade it for a bloodrage. Only way that I would trade down is if they threw in some cash.

Either way, tech support will get you some number that you need to have in order to start the rma process. They'll most likely try to trouble shoot before issuing an rma. If something is wrong that is obvious that you can't fix, they'll just give you the number.
They also speak clear english and have American names
