I'd probably go with the 2x 4870x2, but i'm sure all of those cards would be about the same peformance, just depends what you want (nvidia or ati).

You should go with Tri SLI. Better support.

4870X2 CF is the best but I like the Tri-GTX285. 4870x2 is a 300w GPU, GTX285 is a 183w and GTX295 is a 289w GPU.
