I have one HDD with Win7 and another with XP , i plan to run Win 7 on my new PC , but my data is on my HDD with XP , obviously i cant run two different OS's on one PC , so how can i remove XP from it , without affecting the data.....

Thanks for any help!

You could transfer the data you want/need over to the drive with windows 7? and then format the drive after doing so.

do this then if you want you can still use the formatted drive for data so transfer it back. i like to keep data off my OS drive for obvious reasons
i.e OS crashes

You can run two OS's on one PC. Either way transfer all data to one disc, install OS on the other then plug in the other drive to pull data off of.
