Didn't know, I thought I've seen other such announcements here, so I'm not sure of the exact ToS issue you mean.

I don't see why this is news...? Every (PC) game is hacked, sooner or later. I think the record for longest holding out is Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. IIRC, it took the teams 2-3 years to crack it, yes?

The extreme Ubisoft has gone to makes them an issue. This isn't an news event so much as an update on a unique version of rock, paper, scissors.
