I have been tooling around with my linux istall. Did some searching and found a config section to add current work unit progress to your conky.

${font sans-serif:bold:size=8}${color FF9900}FOLDING AT HOME ${hr 2}${font sans-serif:normal:size=8}
${color white}Work Unit Progress: ${execi 15 cat /var/lib/fahclient/log.txt | tr '(' '\n' |tr ')' '\n' | grep -E "(%|percent)"|tail -n 1 | tr -d 'percent' | tr -d '%'} %
${execibar 15 cat /var/lib/fahclient/log.txt | tr '(' '\n' |tr ')' '\n' | grep -E "(%|percent)"|tail -n 1 | tr -d 'percent' | tr -d '%'}

I tailored it for my tastes. It will work for anyone, just change colours, and place it where you want. Now if I figure out how to add PPD I'll let you know.

Here's how it looks

I'm still trying to get my temps to display properly in it. any help would be cool

After trying to get the fancontrol package to work, i get this output in sensors cli

CPU Temperature: +429496729.1°C (high = +60.0°C, crit = +75.0°C)

So now I'm a little confused.

As for the error i get from adding your script, I get this.

I've been using some program that gives me something similar to the applet we used to have. But would like to just see it in the "Conky"
