Uh oh... [SPD profile for DIMM 4 not showing up in CPU-Z]

This is weird because one of my desktop gadgets detects that 4094MB of memory is available, and 4094MB SHOULD be available... however CPU-Z (see latest validation) only seems to detect one of my RAM sticks...
I'm running at 1447mhz (OC'ed from 1333) 6-6-6-18 2T; my RAM is rated at 1600mhz but I'm getting system instability at that speed/multiplier. Is there something horribly wrong with my RAM!?

EDIT: EVEREST Ultimate detects my RAM properly as well
Also, I think this is a software bug... CPU-Z detects all 4096MB but not the SPD profiles for some reason

CPUZ detects my ram at 500mhz..

So this is all just a software error?
CPU-Z has also stopped detecting SPD profiles for DIMM3...

That would mean you're at DDR2 1000mhz.

Double Data Rate (DDR)... the Two is only a version number, not multiplier.

1600mhz is usually a no-go on AM3 setups; except for the new C3s usually. Phenom II has a bad IMC that usually can't handle 1600mhz, but some can. I had an x2 550 that wouldn't do 1600mhz no matter what.

You want to go for 1333mhz and overclock that NB frequency

As far as CPUZ goes, that's weird. Flash to newest bios IMO.

My chip would do 1600mhz but it was relatively unstable [wouldn't run Prime95 at all, instant freeze] Currently at 1451 [up from 1333] mhz with NB overclocked!
Newest BIOS already flashed... though I think my problem has been solved because after a fresh boot today my SPD profiles are showing up properly in CPU-Z again. Thanks all!
