Looking to replace my Yamakasi Catleap Q270 QHD IPS monitor with a 30+" UHD non-TN panel.

This is for office use with little to no gaming and limited movie watching. Ideally, I'd like a deal like the Catleap - big, best panel, cheap (but only via eBay) and better than anything on the US market, but that would have to beat e.g. these current discounted US$369.99 NewEgg candidates:

Samsung U32J590 270 nit, 3000:1, $332.99

Acer ET322QK wmiipx 300 nit, 178°, FreeSync, $349.99

These appear to have similar or maybe the same 10 bit 3840x1080 VA panel, but I can't tell from the disparate specs.

Required: VESA mount, DP 1.2+
Desired: HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, Refresh > 60 Hz, HDR, "good" backlight, glossy screen
Not Required: FreeSync, G-Sync, curve, speakers, stand, cables

Your advice on better deals is welcome, where "better" is by asymmetric cost/value - i.e. I'll pay a little more for something significantly better, but prefer to pay much less for something only a little worse.

Nothing on ebay will beat Newegg prices, esp. that Acer which is on sale right now. I'd buy from newegg if I were in your shoes.
