My TX3 cools my cpu better in pull than push-pull... is this normal?

Its a good 5-10c difference

Normally P/P will drop temps 2-5c under load, but not sure with that fan. If you're looking to go extreme and can use 120mm fans, hands down Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP-15-s are the king of performance vs noise and have a lot higher static pressure. Just hard to find them in stock a lot of the time, but definitely worth the price.

Your problem might be case air flow needs improvement as well. Might be a case of just needing better air flow in, and out of the case.

Hyper TX3 is probably made for 80mm fans.
Anyway, I dont think that is normal. Have you tried switching the fans?
