Update after a deeper dive with the operations team.
Unfortunately, Google has ended offering free site-based emails, in doing so they have removed our ability to restore inboxes and migrate their contents. We do not have an alternative offering for site-based emails at this time nor will we have one in the foreseeable future.
Unfortunately, control of these accounts was never transferred to us upon sale.

Do any of the previous site owners still have access Jeff? I feel that Google surely would have notified someone? I have 100s of logins for sites tied to this email - I really can't lose it.
Appreciate your efforts regardless.

I am double checking my prior access to the OCN Google Workplace. Looks like I still have access, let me see if it is possible to allow a temporary grace period for users to retire their accounts.

Yeah, saw the thread - not going to be fun to have to fix 10yrs worth of accounts that are linked with that email.
