I would like to get a bit more performance from the card, metro is kinda hungry

Tried to start it but I can't even start it! Why?

Try run as admin first, but I wouldn't bother overclocking with CCC as it limits how high you can go. I'd recommend Sapphire Trixx as you can still have CCC installed, but get around the the OC limits in CCC at the same time

If you are using Preview/Beta Catalyst, that might be the issue. Turn off UAC then try again.

Using 11.12, switched to beta again no difference. I think it is because I am not installing on the OS volume (my ssd). I will put it on it instead of the HDD and see what happen.

Uninstall all ATI drivers. Then use the latest ATIMan Uninstaller to get rid of everything in the registry. Reinstall. It should work after that. Had that issue a few times.

Now works if I install on the SSD but I would like to put it on the hdd... Just wondering if the ATIMan Uninstaller is a safe/good program to use.

I had the same problem. Except I ended up having to do an os reinstall because of it.
