My current target voltage is set to 1.41v and under load CPUZ shows it only hits 1.37 during prime95. Core #2 keeps failing the test after 2 minutes but the rest of the test continues as normal with no failure. Any ideas?

Bumping VCore doesnt change usage under load. In fact i can drop it all the way down to 1.37 and it will still hit it. The weird thing is that at idle while it is fluctuating it will hit 1.408.

Sounds like you may need to increase your LLC or Load Line Calibration settings.

I gave up and went back to the 3.8GHz stock. I updated my bios to current and now I cant even get it stable back at my old settings that were 100% solid for 3.95GHz. I threw the voltage back up to 1.48 (which is much higher than it used to require) and core 2 keeps failing the first pass of Prime95. I officially hate Ryzen overclocking. Cant wait for ryzen + or pro or what ever it may be.

also temps never break 60c its underwater...
