You might try Killdisk. It has free versions.
Unnattended HDD wiper?
I need something to put in the cd drive and it wipes the drive.
I cannot find anything, google has failed me!

Killdisk works good..pretty sure that is the method DCS uses to erase copier HDD's too..just make sure you do any wipe at least 4-7 times to ensure nothing is re-constructable afterwards.
Even then..partial doc recovery is still possible..but not 100%.

Secure Erase. Nothing else works on modern (made after 2000) drives.
