unscrewing round mount screw : /

Anybody know how to unscrew (remove) this screw (or w.e. it is) without giving any damage to case. Thank you...

That's a pop-rivet. You have to drill it out.

There are two of them where a drill cant reach

On motorcycles and cars we worked on, if we couldn't drill out a rivet we would use a very very sharp steel chisel and a hammer to cut the rivet head off. With care and skill sometimes no marks were made.
