Upgrade mobo/cpu/ram, PSU Okay?

I'm upgrading my current PC, swapping out the mobo/cpu/ram for a new Core i7-920, MSI X58M motherboard and 6GB of OCZ Platinum DDR3 (3x2GB) 7-7-7-20 PC12800, and a Xigmatek Dark Knight.

The current PSU (BFG 650W) is being sold to one of my friends and what i have remaining is a 5+ year old OCZ PowerStream 600W PSU, i'm hoping it can handle this system without having to upgrade the PSU as well?

Also, I've been carefully researching the motherboard, ram, and cooler for quite some time, but if i absolutely need to change one of my choices it's not too late.

Maybe this is a better question for the Power Supplies section, but what is plugged in:

3x230mm fans (came with HAF 932) 1x 120mm rear fan, 3x WD Raptor 74GB, 1x Samsung Spinpoint F1 500GB, 1x Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB, LG Blu-Ray SATA drive, BFG GeForce 8800 GTX OC, plus of course the new components i just ordered.

BTW the whole upgrade was $641, including 3-5 day shipping, from amazon.com.

Feedback appreciated!

The graphics card will be the main load on your PSU. Which card are you running (judging from your post I assume this isn't the same build as in your sig)?
