I have 2x Dell U2515H and a asus gtx 980 strix.

The other day i oced my monitors to 75hz and have had no problems

I wanted about 7 month ago to buy the dell U2715H but the price difference vas to high compared to the U2515H

Now it seems like i can upgrade, i can get for my gtx 980 what a Sapphire R9 390 nitro cost, if i want freesync, i want a bigger moniitor (have only space for 2 monitors in portrait mode, max 32")
freesync, gsync, high hz (i know 3840x2160 is limited to 60hz), minimum 2560x1440,i want height adjustable stand

Don't want tn panels, i want the best viewing angles and colors, ips and don't want to buy monitors with extreme amount of backlight bleed a monitors where i have to accept dead pixel or white, no pixel problems no backlight bleeding (i'm happy with my dell U2515H) or even have to get a new one 3-5 times to get a perfect monitor

I play project cars, need for speed unleashed 2, dirt 3,dirt rally, have played crysis,bf, have tom clancy's splinter cell, assassins creed, mass effect 3,boraderlands the presequel, for 30 min somtimes with a new game 2 hours (not extreme gamer but i want my gaming experience to be above avarage)

My scaling is 100% and i want a bigger monitor, but the same resolution, bigger (uhd),g sync, freesync i don't know, all i know is it has to be bigger,no tn panels and gsync or freesync if possible, i want a bigger monitor so i can better multitask, the amount windows i can have open with no scroollbar, min 3 windows on my main monitor (use 2 on my current)

2560x1440

27" is only 2" bigger, might be not enough difference compared to what i have, it would be a dell u2715h 100% scaling and 75hz
with freesync and 144hz i could have a real god gaming experience BUT asus mg279q have huge backlight bleeding problems

3440x1440

Is to wide and expensive

3840x2160

Great for mutitasking but text, icons can be very small with 100% scalling for most space and not easy to get 60hz that is the bandwith limited of the newest 3840x2160 monitors
when gaming

With freesync (think g sync in uhd is to expensive) i could more easily have a good gaming experience with a sapphire R9 390 nitro (according to techpowerup great temps, noise and not to expensive) when fps is under 60fps with the most demanding games i would play in uhd, games like crysis i could play in 2560x1440

What would you recommend me i can afford a monitor that cost the same as a Asus MG279Q in my country denmark it cost about 604€

I want a better gaming experience and multiasking (if possible) with a bigger monitor

I was kind of in the same boat as you.. I currently have a LG 29um55, 29" 2560x1080 uwhd monitor, I've never liked the vertical height of the monitor, it always seems to cut my game off for some reason..

I have been looking at several high end monitors the Acer Predator and the LG 34uc98 or whatever the freesync curved screen version model is... I just couldnt see dropping $1000 plus on a monitor, thats just ridiculous...

I started looking around and contemplated 4k, but I knew that my Sapphire Nitro Fury would be working to push a 4k monitor...When I was looking at 4k monitor reviews I came across the tec syndicate videos of the Korean made monitor called Crossover and it got me interested.. I looked at several different forums and they get pretty good reviews and they have a good price point.. I started looking at 32inch 4k and 32" 2560x1440 monitors..
I looked at the Crossover 324k and the Crossover 32s 2560x1440 Freedom 75hz with freesync from a ebay seller named dream-seller.. I ended up buying the 32s 2560x1440 freesync monitor, It should arrive Monday according to ups, I think I'm one of the first to purchase this model.

Crossover 324k http://www.ebay.com/itm/331754747611

Crossover 32s 2560x1440 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Perfect-Crossover-32S-QHD-DP-Freedom-32-2560x1440-WQHD-DP-HDMI-Monitor-Remote-/322040746357?hash=item4afb1fd175:g:pRcAAOSwZ8ZW57VF

If I go to a 4k monitor in the future I'm going to go up to a 40 or 43" 4k monitor so I dont have to scale the resolution..

I think having faster monitors for Driving and Shooter games is more important than having a monitor with better colors and stuff, just my 2 cents.

I dont think it would.. 4k really hits your gpu hard.. I think where it would help the larger displays is when its taxing your gpu and helps it smooth the frames out...

I'm currently running a 29" LG uwhd monitor model 29um55, its 29 inches 2560x1080 @75hz through display port and it runs very good, absolutely no stutter or frame skipping that I can see and response is excellent.. I play bf4, star wars bf, and Archeage and it runs great. I cant say about freesync or gsync yet, but I cant see where it would improve much on my current monitor gpu setup...

My new 32" Crossover 32s will be here Monday, maybe I'll have some more insight into the freesync/adaptive sync, if I see that much difference..

also your fps would be far better with the 2560x1440 compared to the 3840x2160..

Now i'm used to 1440 and won't use less then that (height)

Was shortly thinking of a 29" 2560x1080 bigger monitor and better gaming experience (more fps) but the 1080 height turns me off and the lack of height adjustment on lg, they make more 29" 21:9 monitors then any other brand so there are more 29" 21:9 monitors to choose from(once has the asus PB298Q, loved it although a combo of to much backlight bleeding and ips glow, not shure what it had most of)

Had one that wanted to buy one of my Dell U2515H but never showed up to get it

I might go for Dell U2715H, might not be optimal but it's bigger, good response time and low lag, can go as high as 75hz okay for gaming (it's bigger but not better multitasking, atm i have disconnect my dell monitor, using the other in 3 screen mode and it actually works okay, altough i prefer watching movies,tv in full screen

LG 27MU67 has height adjustable stand and freesync, a never version LG 27UD68 has a higher price (about 10%) and a non height adjustable stand, not a dificult choice

The latter is actually cheaper in some countries, including mine. It's going for 480 euros in some stores.

3440x1440 is your answer. I had a 42 inches 4k monitor, no good. Get the 3440x1440.. It is such a greater gaming and desktop experience. I play racing and FPS games mostly. It is not too wide. Trust me on this.

4K is limited to 60 hz and the scaling plain suck. Everything looked tiny even on a 42 inches screen .

Don't have the space, actually i have the space but within a total clearence of 1" to my speakers, problem also is that i have to sell both of my monitors just to get a decent 21:9 3440x1440 monitor

I'm use to having a top moniitor (protrait mode) for music tv,film, tidal, wmp in full screen and would definitely miss it going to a 3440x1440 monitor
