http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148111 << is memory and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121288 << is card.. Sorry for the re post.. seems the hyperlinks messed up.. ROFL
Do not buy this ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148111 , cause in your system info, the ram you currently have is the crucial DDR2 1066 (2x2gb), where as the ram you are looking to buy is DDR2 667. The reason i say dont, is due to the different cloclk speeds, if you were to put those DDR2 667 in your system, the DDR2 1066 would drop to the DDR2 667. IMO, i would just get another matching pair and run it like that. Also, you already have 4 GB of ram, so you really could hold off on buying some more for awhile.
if it's about upgrading your sig rig, then you just have to buy a phenom 2 940be, a good cpu coooler and 4870 videocard. you won't exceed $400 with that.

the rest looks perfectly fine

you cant post links if you are logged into some websites.
Silv3r350, how much of a budget do you currently have for an upgrade? If you're an avid gamer then I would definitely upgrade that 2600XT. The ATI 4870 is a great choice. Not only is a great card but it's a great card for the price. I would go with this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102810. I don't see any real reason to upgrade the processor. Have you tried overclocking the 9850BE yet?

Good luck with your purchases

Ughh sorry StiticX I didn't notice I got the wrong link.. but yes I have the 1066 right now and meant to show that.. To see if I should upgrade it to more of a gaming style memory.. And ThInkl3r im not really sure how much my budget really is i know i need to change that card out.. what did you have in mind?? and no not yet on OC'ing the 9850BE im still trying to learn how everything works as far as what the voltage needs to be and what not.

Silv3r350, honestly if it were me I'd overclock the processor and video card first. If gaming performance increases and you're happy with it then stay with that. If you truly dislike your 2600XT then pick up a 4850 or 4870.

I can't believe how cheap these cards are now. I originally paid $190 for my Visiontek 4850 at Best Buy(first month of release). Now I just recently sold it for $80. What a loss

Good luck buddy
