Upgrading heatsink for E6300 from stock

I'll be going back home for Christmas and would like to help my brother out with his rig. He's currently running a E6300 @ stock, with a 7600GT and 1GB of ram. I've bought him a HD4830 to replace his 7600GT, an extra 1GB of ram and would like to have a go at OCing his system.

He's only running a stock Intel heatsink, so first thing is first, I'll need to replace that. My list of options are here. I want to keep it as cheap as possible, coupled with the fact he only has a small case, his total case width = 230mm.

I rang the guys that run the shop up on the phone and they reccomended the Thermaltake TR2-M13. Apparently it's the same size and should offer alot better results than the stock heatsink. Plus it's only $26.

I also was looking at the Thermaltake Golden Orb II, but I am unsure as to the size of it.

What do you guys reccomend?

I would recommend an arctic cooling freezer 7 here : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186134
or a Scythe Mugen 2 here : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185093 if you can fit it in the case. Both are under $40 and would be far superior to the stock heatsink.
Thank you for your help but, as I am in Australia and need the parts this week (UMart offer next day pickup), I am limited to the list I provided before.

Thanks, though.

That Thermaltake TR2-M13 looks a lot like the cooler I had on my e2180 for awhile and I reached 3.1Ghz from the stock 2Ghz on it with no serious issues, so I think that will work. I would stay away from that Golden Orb 2 as they often perform worse than stock coolers.

Get an S1283 or Dark Knight (Which is a S1283 that is nickle plated)
