I was going to wait for the P5WD2-E to become available in an SLi model, but you know how these things go, It could be awhile. I have a P4 3.2 pressy 775, 2 gb 240pin ddr2 pc5300 (667). What's a good OC'ing mobo? On board sound and video not an issue, since I am going SLI route, and I have audigy zs sound.

I'd have to say the intel version of the Asus A8N32. I believe its called the P5N32-SLI. If its anywhere near as good as the AMD version, I'd recommend it. Asus is known to build the best Intel chipset boards.
