Uploading/Downloading

My brother is currently stationed overseas in the Army. Occasionally we can chat on AIM, and we would like to exchange pictures with each other. For some reason, I can send pictures to him just fine, but he can't send pictures to me. Any idea why and if it can be adjusted? I'm connected to a high speed cable connection, and he is on a wireless 'high speed' connection. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What does he use to send images? If its something like an instant messeger then I would try something like imageshack.us.

His upload speed may be very low, which means it would take a very long time for him to send images. Please give more details so we can help you
