yes you can increase the voltage to ur graphic card...but by how much u must check the specifications, other ppls experience and also the results that u see on the image..if u see any drastic problems stop and reduce voltage immediately...but always remember to up the voltage slowly and by small margins...

also take into consideration that all electrical components are made with a certain amount of tolerance for the range of electricity input...usually within plus minus 5%...so take that into mind and slowly do ur work...as long as u dont exceed the tolerance value which is normally mentioned on the equipment specs the card will still have original life
