Had no clue where to post this but its about my case. So ill post here.
If UPS doesnt deliver by their gauranteed date, do they refund shipping cost? And how do u get the refund?
Depends. Was it a ground package? If so, then no no refund as only air is guaranteed. I work for there competition and we just suggest calling the hotline asap.
nope i was just wondering. my case should arrive today. and shipping was $25. hoping it comes late though so i can try getting a refund lol.

You paid $25 shipping for a case that is UPS standard ground and there is no guarantee date, there is a estimated date of arrival but its not guaranteed. If you had guaranteed overnight and it doesn't arrive then you get your money back and that usually costs $120-$140 for a case.
you CANT get a refund on shipping unless YOU were the person who directly paid for shipping.
If you bought something online and paid extra for air postage and it didnt arrive you have to contact the company from whom you purchased (company that directly paid the shipping) get them to agree to the complaint (most likely will say yes but do nothing), wait at least 30 days for them to get refunded and cross your fingers you get a creadir or check from them. Been through this MANy times and its always the same circle jerk story
