I personally hate carrying around an iPod, digital camera, and a cell phone. Just so much weight it's a hassle

Anyone have any suggestions of a cell phone that can serve to replace these?
Or can you somehow persuade me to carry all three around w/ a crappier phone.

What I mean by crappier phone is, right now, I'm looking into the Sony Ericsson K800. Which has a 3.2MP camera w/ 3G [not great compared to a whole digital camera but acceptable right? ], 64 internal memory and I will get a M2 memory expansion card for it which should be enough for the music part.
- If I carry all three items with me, I won't need a phone like this [around $400]. Hence, crappier phone.

Suggestions? I'll be going to the store tomorrow to check things out, that's why "URGENT!..."

Make sure you can use real headphones with it. My silder remix cannot. I really dont like the headphoen options I have for it. So for the most part the MP3 feature is unused

Well, personally I think you should get the Nokia 6230i. It is an awesome phone and after listening to its MP3 player for a few weeks, I was disappointed (yes, disappointed) at my friend's iPod's sound quality. I almost always have reception, even when my friends on the same network don't. Sadly, though, it's Europe/Japan only for now, and if you need one now you can't get this awesome phone. You can take a look at it at http://www.nokia.co.uk/

No cellphone can replace a ipod and a good digital camera.
The ipod is like a moving soundcard, no cellphone even if in the N series can beat its sound quality.
About the digital camera , cellphones mostly have 1.2 megapixel, or 3 max, and if you wanna get a a good picture that's enough.
But they have digital zoom that distorts the image , and they can take a 1mpixel , but it won't keep it's native resolution, like a real digital camera does, so when you copy the pic to your pc it will be smaller than it should be.
If you wanna replace all the three, get a PDA instead, but I would reccomend an effort to cary the extra weight.

I don't think that's true about the camera part. Someone I know told me when he sends the pictures to his pc [from his 2.0 MP camera], they come out big. From what I remember, the resolution he mentioned was huge. Anyone confirm?

I'm not looking for a complete replacement like a laptop for desktop replacement. But something that can just live.
