As above guys, gone to reformat as it needs it but i wont for the life of it let me use a keyboard so i can boot from disk, i've reset CMOS, removed CMOS battery.....any ideas?

I've tried 3 different keyboards and none work in the real back panel but if i plug them into the front USB ports via a USB it works fine in windows but still wont let me use them during POST...

I've also tried a PS/2 keyboard with no luck....

Any ideas.....????

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Just kidding.

But seriously now, have you tried blowing in the PS/2 or the USB ports to clear them from dust? I know it sounds silly, but I was convinced my mouse stopped working because of a dusty port.

Yes i've cleaned the ports out even though its a new board..

Could it be because i have the front USB jumpers in use and its overwriten the rear ports?

Hmm... I don't think that could be the case, but it's worth a shot trying.

Also, do the keyboards just not work straight away, or do they work when you boot into windows?
