Hello

My friend put his USB into my other friends mom's computer, and when he opened the USB, there were 4 porn files. When he tried to open one of his school files it said malware detected.

Is there anyway to run a scan and clean a USB device and get the old files back?

Sure. Make sure autoplay is turned off on the PC you're going to plug it into. Then plug in the drive and run scans on it, I recommend your antivirus of choice and then MalwareBytes. Hopefully the files come back from removing the virus, but if not use Recuva.
