I get an error message. When I click on the error message, I am presented with the window above. I removed all USB devices and rebooted, but the issue still remains.

Never saw that before actually, interesting!

apparently someone had the same problem,

"I had the exact same issue. Make sure the USB 3.0 drivers are the newest via Intel along with the Chipset and Intel Management software via Intel website. This took care of the issue for me."

Windows error. You can totally ignore it. You can try what's suggested by StormX2 to get rid of that message.

Actually I don't think so.

If you literally short out the usb connection this is the message you will see. So either something is shorting out or as StormX2 said, incorrect drivers is a possibility.

That's true, but in this case I am 99% sure that's just Windows 7 glitching. I've seen that message on boards that don't even have a hub. G1 Sniper 3 and UD5H rev 1.0 use the same hub. I had this message on Windows 7 which didn't cause any connected USB device to shut down. It also disappeared after driver updates, and I've never had it on Windows 8.

Thanks. All I had to do was unplug the PC from the wall and plug it back in to stop the message. I had left my PC off for hours but left it plugged in, so whenever I tried using the computer, I got the message.

Dexel, the front Panel / Top Panel USB that are on the case are also considered a Hub, but very possible software glitching out.
