Using my 360 with computer monitor

Hey guys. My computer monitor has an HDMI port so I bought an HDMI cable and hooked me 360 to it. Looks amazing now! Only question is, how do I go about getting sound from my computer speakers? My speakers on have a headphone jack and a line in....anyway I can route the sound through my soundcard or an adaptor of some sort? Thanks!

nevermind...hdmi cable loses signal right away now...

gonna have to buy vga cables i guess
