My computer currently has Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, I have a windows 7 home premium key from my other build, however I do not have the original disk, can I download a iso and use my legit key, will it work?

Yes.

Links here: http://techpp.com/2009/11/11/downloa...ownload-links/

Hint: Use the one with SP1 already to save time in installing updates.

Yes it would work...

Just being curious here, but if you already have ultimate why would you want home premium?

Well the ultimate is 32bit, I am getting more ram and a videocard so it would not be ideal for me.

If it's a legitimate Ultimate disk there should be a 64-bit disk included as well ( if it's retail ).

Either way you can download the 64-bit ISO and install using your key.
