i have a yamaha rx-n600 very powerfull. i would like to switch between (A)speakers when i want to watch ps3 movies and (B) speaker has my main pc speakers. Can that be possible?

is it possible that a subwoofer connected to the AV can be use in (B) speaker while not enable in a speakers?

i have never use this feature, the manual give very little detail. I was thinking of buying an spare receiver but having this receiver next to my computer desk would really make it easier to use. I don't really have to run long wires.

Using a creative titanium HD. Energy bookshelf and 12"sub bic H100

Not sure what passive or active mean in sub. My subwoofer is a bic h100 self-power 150 rms with built in crossover. I can choose the sub crossover or to bypass it and use AV crossover.

I can run the speakers wire B from receiver to the sub line in and then line out to speakers. Since the speakers wire are been amp from the receiver to the sub line in to get the signal would that damage something?
