i have an okia 420 watt ps and i have the v-core set in my bios at 4.250 and cpuid tells me it's at 3.950 then spikes to 4.500 then to 1.472 and it spikes back and forth. Bad Power Supply?
WHAT!!!??? How is your vCore at 4volts??? it should be more like the 1.472 volt range...what is it set to in the BIOS? Try setting it to auto..see what happens and post a Speedfan screen shot of your vcore spikes....
It sounds like a faulty motherboard, otherwise your processor would be pushing up daisies.
something doesnt sound right sensor might be bad. watch the voltage on the PSU itself with MBM or soemthing like it. if these voltages are going up and down more than +-5% thats out of a "good" range.
