various DRAM setting questions

What are suggested / commonly used settings for DRAM settings like:

DRAM CLK skew (channel A1 A2 B1 B2)
Static read
dynamic write
read training
write training
OC Charger

I have all on Auto... but have had some stability problems around 460 FSB and up and believe it is the RAM... though it passes memtest86 and windows memory diag. Prime95 succeeds on small FFT as does OCCT. Large is where I run into issue so I wonder about the RAM settings.

DRAM CLK skew (channel A1 A2 B1 B2) - This setting barely has any effect.
Static read - Disabled
dynamic write - Not sure
read training - Tightens latencies for optimal read speed
write training - Tightens latencies for optimal write speed
OC Charger - Not using this

Memtest86 passed the test without any problems? Then it can't be the RAM.

I can run small FFT with both P95 and OCCT for hours with no error... and I know that touches very little if any ram. I can run (just did) memtest for 4 loops, no errors. Could this point to the NB? How high could I take the northbridge on a P45? I am currently at 1.40. Can I go higher?
