in my cmos setup utility it shows me at Vcore 1.176V

My Dynamic Vcore offset can be adjusted in intervals of 20mv so... how much would i need to increase it to get a Vcore of 1.325V

Also is IOH the same thing as dram?

mV / 1000 = V, or V x 1000 = mV

1.325 - 1.176 = .149 volts.

You need to add 149 mV to reach a Vcore of 1.325

Dram is not the same as IOH

IOH is nb voltage, dram is ram voltage. ICh is south bridge votlage, vtt/qpi or vtt/dram votlage is uncore or IMC votlage.
