Which will be best in Raid 0 the 150g or the 300g? Or do they have the same read and write speed? I was thinking at least 4 to try to get best performance out of Raid 0.

If money is no object get 300s but the difference if at all between the 150s and the 300s is marginal I would guess. Just get the 150s and buy another video card or something.
Check and see if I'm right but isn't the 150 running at 1.5 sata and the 300 mb runs at 3.0. That would be the numbers that I would be looking for.
i think the 72g runs ar 1.5 and 150 and 300 run at 3.0. at least that what newegg says when compaired.
Well then the 300 would be the best for storage and the 150 best on price.

the price difference between the 2 is what made me opt to get the 300GB.. wasnt much more.

Right now, other than the difference in capacity, both of them have the same specs.

So, it really boils down to how much you can afford, and more importantly, your capacity requirements.
