wondering if there's any video card manufactures that support water cooling as far as installing your own block??? without voiding the warranty!!!

Probably none if you want to install your own block. Maybe some will close on eye on the RMA when you ruin it by overvolting or other damage but they shouldn't. OCing is always a risk to void warranty. Just because the slider goes to 2.0V or 10GHz doesn't mean it the hardware can handle it or survive it.

EVGA doesn't care as long as you send the card back with the "stock" cooler if you RMA - original BIOS is option-able.
