While MSI has the little stickers that say void warranty on the screws, I asked them directly about it and they say it doesn't apply in the US. I even sent in an RMA of a watercooled card (my fault for overvolting to 1.4v
Probably none if you want to install your own block. Maybe some will close on eye on the RMA when you ruin it by overvolting or other damage but they shouldn't. OCing is always a risk to void warranty. Just because the slider goes to 2.0V or 10GHz doesn't mean it the hardware can handle it or survive it.
