Video Card Problems Turn for the Worst!

Ok so I had another problem which started here...

http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/1063...gtx-465-a.html

Now my OS wont boot normally and freezes in the OS or at the boot screen.

I'm currently in safe mode and that's working fine with zero problems but am In serious need of help.

The problem started with Video Card drivers that weren't working correctly so as instructed I installed 270.61 for the GTX 465's in SLI, that's where the problem began. Random crashing of the video drivers and freezing started there.

Also as instructed by another user was to go into safe mode and uninstall all drivers relating to the video card and to use driver sweeper, which again I followed, but the freezing has not stopped.

Is there no Way for me to fix this? I seriously need some help here...

System restore before any OC changes were made. If you can't boot with the card in, take it out to make sure it's the card. Try resetting the CMOS, too.

Already tired all that, but here's this

mobo readout is nice for something, it's giving me a code of "02"

meaning AP initialization before microcode loading

just posted that in the other thread...

I'm not sure what that specifically means, read the manual on that specific error. If you haven't tried it already, I say just remove the card and try booting into normal mode. If that doesn't work, reset the CMOS and see if that helps.
i already tried all that, i tried with 4 different cards... and from what I've seen so far it gives me NO answers on how to fix this, i need some serious help!
can nobody seriously help?
