Video Card Water Cooling

I have a MCW60 waterblock and the ramsinks for my videocard. How much more overclocking will I see with a 7900GT or GTX then I would get with air?

I guess what I am wondering is, does watercooling a videocard have the same performance boost as watercooling a processor.

Not to the same extent as a CPU waterblock would, because GPU's run much hotter on any cooling. I would say you could expect to see another 200-300 mhz on the GPU core overclock over air.
Really? 200-300 is quite a bit! Thats about 40% on the 7900 series...
I've got my 6600gt running at 700Mhz core right now on water...

Yep. It ran through loops of 3DMark03 while I was at work and class today (about 9 hours or so) continuously. However, this card's memory won't go as high as my MSI's did... So the performance isn't as good (it seems that even GDDR3 at 1200mhz isn't fast enough for the core at 600 mhz).
