I debating between the two:

The 20" will have a sharper image and probably look a bit better because they're the same resolution, but the 22" is a whole 2" inches bigger. Which should I choose?

I've heard that 22" panels are very poor quality. I saw the 2025 in person and it's a very nice monitor. The only reason I got the one I did instead of the 2025 was the 50% off pricetag.
Westinghouse and Sceptre's 22" are very good.
I will tell you this: I got the ViewSonic VX2025WM, and was so dissapointed I had to return it. Dead Pixels and backlight washout... it was not a good monitor.
I've got the Viewsonic VX2025WM and I love it.
The picture is awesome and it's good for gaming. I play Oblivion and BF2142. I haven't seen or had any problems and I've had it since mid summer this year. Unfortunately I bought mine when it was $435...
I Highly Recommend the Viewsonic.

How long did you have it? the first one shipped to me was all messed up, but I returned it and got a new one that was perfect. And I haven't noticed and back light washout.

Just long enough to notice the problems and just short enough to send it back... VS customer service was horrible.

No need, I went out a bought it yesterday, but thank you.

I love this monitor... first of all it is huge. Coming from a 17" CRT, the size increase is really noticeable. BF2 and Oblivion look great on this, I don't think I can go back to 4:3 gaming.

The DVI-D port is HDCP compliant, which is another nice bonus. For under $400 CDN, this monitor was a steal!

Thanks for all the input guys.
