I was playing Stalker and everything froze up. I wound up having to push power buton to restart and couldn't get windows to load is safe mode or anything I tried. The disc I have is from cyberpower and their was no reapir option so I reinstalled and have a windows old directory. Is their anyway to recover my email or lost steam password? I spent a couple of hours with every option of not having to reload windows but thats what I eventually had to do.

I don't know what disc cyberpower gave you, but this should solve your problem.

I think it's to late for that but might give it a try. It' a Vista disc just not the retail version.
