Go to the Asus and Yahoo's website. Check for updates yourself.

You can also download SUMO to make sure your software is up-to-date.

go to the Asus website, look for drivers for your Mobo, and download the Chipset driver from the drivers section (not BIOS). ICH9 is an I/O driver for the Intel P35Chipset, but ICH9 disables PATA support from within the chipset itself, and required implementation for PATA and RAID support by the Motherboard manufacturer. The current chipset drivers from ASUS should provide the support needed to access PATA (parallel ATA, read IDE) devices connected to your Mobo.

Your driver can be had here:Downloads for Asus P5K Deluxe/wifi-ap

Select the Download tab, the OS as Vista 64, then expand the chipset updates.
