Release Candidate 2 (RC2) (built on October 3, 2006 with a build number 5744.16384), was released to testers on Friday, October 6th, 2006. It is a standard interim build that, despite the name, will not be given out to millions of testers like RC1 was. Like the last interim build, 5728, RC2 will be available to MSDN and Technet subscribers, as well as a limited, random selection of CPP members.[37]

Do I just write this to a DVD using like Roxio or something?

Or do you need a special cdwriter program to burn the iso?
