Vista Upgrade question

What are the rules on installing a upgrade of vista on another computer? I know that the upgrade versions are retail, so can they install as many times (one computer at a time of course). Like for example if the computer it was installed on originaly dies can you can you put the upgrade on another computer so it wont go to waste.

Yes. It is doable. That extra money for retails over oem is worthy.

But this is the upgrade version not the full. So can it still be tranferrable?

You said it was an update version on your first post, yes you can install this version on a newer computer.

Alright, thanks guys. I think my motherboard might be dying. Everytime I restart it re-intalls the generic chipset drivers.
